To apply and pay for MTACDL membership, please fill out this form.  (Note: if you are not accepted for any reason, your payment will be refunded to you immediately.)  At the end, select the rate from the dropdown list that applies to you:

• Regular: $150
• Public Defender: $75  (This applies if you're employed full time by the government or a non-profit organization, or if 100% of your work is court-appointed criminal work.)
• New Lawyer: $75  (This applies to those who have been a member of any bar association for less than 3 years.)
• Tribal Court Advocate: $75
• Non-Lawyer Affiliate: $75
• Law Students: $15
• Lifetime: $2,500

When you're finished, click or tap the "Submit" button.  You will be taken to PayPal to complete a secure transaction.  You can pay using your credit card or a PayPal account.
